While we aren't prone to playing favorites, there's one timeless style that makes our design hearts swoon every time: A Neutral Palette Interior. It might be something to do with the fact that a neutral color scheme never goes out of fashion. It is a great way of creating a beautiful home and especially if you’re looking a modern minimalist makeover.
We love a good design challenge, and this home in Quogue, NY came a with ton of them. The existing space felt old and the design was completely out-of-date. The client was looking to update and transform their kitchen, baths and wet bar.
Kitchen
BEFORE
The original kitchen had a pretty nice footprint but consisted of dated cabinets and finishes and lighting that was a little past its prime. Also, the cabinetry design did not fulfill the needs of the space, leaving the space always cluttered. We ushered in clean lines with sleek cabinets and hardware. Crisp white walls brighten up the room. The cabinets, prone to everyday nicks and scratches, boast a forgiving satin lacquer finish. More over custom cabinetry design makes room for the client to go full Marie Kondo in their kitchen.

Wet Bar
BEFORE
This boring 1920s looking wet bar craved a refresh with the mirror backsplash and mundane cabinetry. The floating glass shelves matched with glass tiles from Ann Sacks bring a new energy. The stainless sink, the cabinet finish and hardware continues the sleek look the kitchen.

Master Bath
BEFORE
The bland cabinetry and the not so loved bath had to go from this Master Bath. We removed the existing tub, allowing for a larger shower stall. The white on white aesthetic leaves the bathroom feeling clean and airy especially with beautiful skylight and windows.

Guest Baths
BEFORE
The guest baths felt dreary with insufficient lighting and the antiquate fixtures. The update in the materials and brings the guest back to life. We are absolutely in love with glass subway tile wrapped shower stall. And that bath tub is a marvelous fixture.
AFTER
Pool BATH
BEFORE
The dim light, bare walls and drab fixtures did not shout pool bath. The pool bath rejoiced the fresh coat of that white paint paired with elegant mirror, artworks and minimalist cabinetry.
